The system wasn't generating enough cold air for the house. The suction line was discovered to be the main source of the issue. The system's suction accumulator was changed in order to make repairs. The return of cold air to the customer's house brings about a sense of relief.

Diagnosed the issue to be with the pressure switch on the unit. Replaced the pressure switch to bring the system back to working order. The customer was relieved to have working HVAC in the business.
